Tackle it Tuesday

Ok, as I sit here, I have a million calls to make , things to do and stores to visit. This Sunday is my Daughter's First Communion, and I still have things to do ! Of course we are having a huge shindig, and I am left to do the last minute details, all before I have to run to work, get my site updated, work on orders, and just deal with the house stuff, OH and run the kids around town to softball, all while avoiding passing our towns' Firemen's Carnival that I know my girls are gonna HAUNT me about going to. I hate carnivals, I dont know but it doesnt seem natural for a dangerous ride that you hang upside down from, to be taken apart and put together again once a week. That is just my opinion. Needless to say, we always spend a small randsom on tickets zeppolis, and watery lemonade!

What I am asking for is a few little posts of encouragement, to keep me sane and give me a little chuckle or two so I do not go insane or bald before this Sunday. Oh and did I mention the forcast is predicting rain???? Gotta love the beautiful North East!

Happy Tuesday to you all, and I will bid my farewells for a few days. Wish me luck in getting it all done!

Good Luck! Things all have a way of working out-it is just hoping we don't go totally insane before then!

Just prioritize based on what will drive yo nuts if it doesn't get done and then go from there. My big ol' order can wait (hopefully that helps some of the pressure) and remember that this is an important day you need to ENJOY. So get what you can done and on her day, don't spend any energy thinking about what didn't get done

Isn't that how it usually goes? But, it always comes together in the end and I'm sure everything will be just perfect.

We had just had my son's first communion a few weeks ago and the party that accompanies it. It was stressful getting it all done, but it was all worth it.

I don't like carnivals either. Not so much because of the ride safety issues (hadn't thought of that before so thanks for putting that fear in my head) but more because of the crazy price of everything. I swear it would be cheaper for us all to go to Disney World than spend the day at the carnival. Oh and even get me started on the creepy workers. Ewww.
